SHIPPING THROWS + MINIS (FREE WITHIN THE USA)

Throws and Minis usually ship within 3 days of placing order and are most often shipped via UPS, but sometimes USPS or FedEx. International Shipping is usually through UPS or DHL.

Transit time is between 1-5 days within the US.

SHIPPING BED RUNNERS (FREE WITHIN THE USA)

Our Bed Runners are custom knitted just for you. Processing time is approximately 1-2 weeks and then usually shipped via UPS, but sometimes USPS or FedEx. International Shipping is usually through UPS or DHL.

SHIPPING DOORMATS (FREE WITHIN THE USA)

Happy Habitat Doormats are custom made to order and shipped in eco-friendly, recycled cardboard packaging. Doormats ship within 5 days from the UK via Royal Mail and then if shipping within the US, transferred to UPS. Processing time + transit time is approximately 2 weeks. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and current carrier rates. These rates are automatically provided through, ensuring you get the most accurate cost in real time.

Duties & Taxes
Depending on your country, additional import duties or taxes may apply. These are determined by your local customs agency and are sometimes included in your shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Delivery Times
International shipping times vary by destination. Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days, but customs delays may occur.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We Hope You Love It (But Returns Are Okay!)

All of our goods are made in small batches, with care and intention—so we hope you’ll choose with love. But we totally understand that sometimes colors look different in person or something just doesn’t work in your space. If that happens, no worries—we do accept returns and are happy to help. Just get in touch and we’ll walk you through it.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Just email us and we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Upon receiving your item, we will refund you the full amount. 

EXCHANGES

We will also happily exchange for you within 15 days— just tell us what you’d like, and we’ll get it out to you upon receiving your returned item.
