Shipping + Returns

All of our items are custom made to order, sometimes we have things in stock that are sent immediately- but usually we knit your throw especially for you! With that said, we ask that you choose carefully as we do not mass produce our items and they can be difficult to re-stock. We like it this way- working in small batches, and making special items that are unique. We understand that sometimes colors are hard to read online or things just don’t look in your space as you imagined and we want you to be happy, so we will work with you on returning.


We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Just be in touch and we will send you an address to send your throw back to us. Upon receiving it, we will refund you the full amount. Shipping costs to return your item are the responsibility of the buyer.


We will also happily exchange for you— just tell us what you’d like, and we’ll get it out to you upon receiving your returned item.

Items ship within a week of ordering at the most, that gives us time to knit your throw, wash and dry it, and sew it. After that, it’s out the door to your door.


We ship via UPS with transit time is between 1-5 days after production. Unfortunately we cannot offer expedited shipping because our throws are custom made- but get in touch, sometimes we can work magic! Shipping is free in the USA.


Shipping outside the US is done via USPS or UPS and can take up to 2 weeks after knitting your throw for you. International Shipping cost is based on live rates from carrier dependent on your location.
