It’s no secret that Happy Habitat loves Charles and Ray Eames—we’ve been photographing our throws on their iconic chairs from day one, and it never gets old. Pairing our throws with Eames playing cards just feels right at home—an easy mix of design, comfort, and a little everyday play.
Originally released in 1952, The Little Toy was designed to inspire creative construction through a series of colorful panels, wireframes and connectors. For playing cards, the components were used to create a minimal numbering system where the small connectors act as edge markings for quick reference.
Eames Playing Cards come in a letterpress-printed tuck case printed on sustainable paper using vegetable-based dyes. The design of the box references the famous home built by Charles and Ray, a creative base where they lived for many years. Made in the USA.
